Funded entirely through contributions by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA) associates, the Catalyst Fund supports the healthcare needs of low-income and uninsured Massachusetts residents through capacity-building mini-grants for community-based organizations.  The grants assist with one-time expenses needed to strengthen organizations’ ability to fulfill their mission or respond to medical emergencies.
