Roadmap to Coverage Initiative

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA) Foundation’s Roadmap to Coverage initiative is designed to inform the debate on and generate a practical roadmap for extending health coverage to residents of the Commonwealth.  The research and policy analysis is being conducted by the Urban Institute, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit, nonpartisan policy research organization established to examine the social, economic, and governance problems facing the nation.  With the release of each Roadmap report, the foundation convenes healthcare, business, labor and government leaders to examine and discuss the ideas presented.
