Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas developed Plan 65 Select to offer the state’s elderly residents an affordable coverage option that includes a network of healthcare providers and institutions in major metropolitan areas.  Members benefit from the network hospitals’ agreement to waive Medicare Part A deductibles and agree to use network hospitals for all planned admissions, although they can access emergent care at any facility.
