Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida’s (BCBSF) BlueOptions plans for groups and individuals offer flexible, affordable coverage ranging from limited-benefit plans to predictable cost plans and high-deductible plans with tax-advantaged Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).  For example, predictable cost plans offer coverage with predictable copayments, calendar year deductibles and coinsurance amounts, while limited-benefit routine care plans cover six office visits annually and hospital and wellness care with a $10,000 or $25,000 benefit maximum.  High-deductible plans paired with HSAs, meanwhile, allow members to use tax-free contributions to help cover out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, including qualified deductibles, copayments and coinsurance.  Additionally, all BlueOptions plans offer access to BCBSF’s NetworkBlue provider network and comprehensive support services, including personalized care programs and tools for making informed healthcare decisions.
